Kearsarge Brook Condominiums at Cranmore

Your Backyard is a Year-Round Playground

Adventures abound at the Kearsarge Brook Condominiums, regardless of the day or season. During the summer, you can relax by the outdoor pool, or explore Cranmore's trails by foot or mountain bike. In addition to superb skiing and riding from late November through March, the mountain boasts a 10-lane tubing park and weekend events like Cranapalooza, which is full of music and fun for the whole family. And with scenic chairlift rides and a summit restaurant, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

In summer, the Aerial and Mountain Adventure Parks are steps from your door. There, you can swing from trees in the Aerial Adventure Park, zoom down the Mountain Coaster, cool off at the summer tubing park, arch high into the sky on the Giant Swing and Bungy Trampoline, and zip on the Soaring Eagle Zip Line. There's even an outdoor climbing wall, a kid's ropes course, and Knockerball! If you're looking for a different type of adventure, you can take a scenic chairlift ride to the Meister Hut restaurant and explore options at Cranmore Fitness, the largest fitness center in the Mt. Washington Valley.

With so much to do, take a break from cooking and head over to Zip's Pub & Grill. The restaurant features a full menu and table service open daily during the winter. Other onsite winter dining options include Legends, KandaBar and Red Sled Burritos in the Main Base Lodge, Sliders Cafe & Bar in the Artist Falls Lodge and the summit Meister Hut.

Throughout the summer, the Arts Jubilee Summer Concert Series is held on Cranmore's North Slope. Starting at 6pm, bring blankets or chairs, sit on the outdoor patio at Zip's Pub, or you can even relax on your own deck and enjoy some great tunes set against a stunning summer sunset backdrop.
